And before I knew it was being applauded as I walked numbly onto the stage. I mean, I didn't even think my grade was that good... and I hated math! I had spent the whole year ignoring the teacher and just getting my work done as quickly as possible so I could eye the cute boy a few rows over. Little did I know I had fallen into my calling.
I remember exactly how it feels to be so overwhelmed by it all that I was paralyzed with fear. I had no idea how to create a budget, let alone how to interpret financial reports, and don't even ask me to then make decisions that impact actual lives with the all that stuff I just said I don't understand.
What I can tell you, after getting my Bachelor's in Finance and over 15 years in operations leadership and finance; is that you can't ignore the numbers. Numbers are knowledge and knowledge really is power - as long as you know how to use it.
I don't like to brag but taking heaps of numbers and data and compiling them into really easy-to-understand and meaningful formats is basically my superpower.
I bet you have a superpower too and it's probably totally different than mine! You don't have to be good at everything. You only have to be good at what makes your business money.
Let me show you how to use that money to create the
financial freedom you're craving

My favorite moments find me, sparkling grapefruit water in hand, either out in my garden reading, tending the plants or just listening to the sounds of the birds and the rustle of the bamboo leaves. It's my happy place and I am intentional about spending time there as often as weather allows (I am in Oregon after all - so - rain).
I hit my groove helping businesses both large and small harness the power of financial data to grow their businesses.
COVID-19 - I take 18-months off work completely paid thanks to my own personal financial contingency plan. It prompts me to start a finance business.
Feeling unchallenged at my corporate day job, I first venture into the world of entrepreneurship - and start a business that doesn't make a dime.
